Effective 2026-09-19. Plain-language terms for using the DynaSparks website and DynaSparks PDF tools.
1. Using the site and tools
You may use the website and the tools for personal and commercial purposes, provided you comply with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for the files you process and for having the rights to use them.
2. Your files
For local tools, your files are processed on your device and are not received by DynaSparks. Where an optional server feature is used, you grant the operator of that service the permission needed to process the file for the requested conversion and to delete it afterwards, as described in the privacy page.
3. No warranty
The tools are provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard on correctness — exports are tested by reopening them — but we cannot guarantee that any tool is free of errors, that output is suitable for a particular purpose, or that the service is available at all times. Keep copies of important files.
4. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DynaSparks is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from use of the website or tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the tools to create or distribute unlawful material.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service, probe its security, or overload any optional server feature.
- Do not misrepresent output of the tools (for example, a visual signature is not a cryptographic digital signature, and the tools say so).
6. Intellectual property
The website design, text and the DynaSparks name and mark belong to DynaSparks. Open-source components used by the tools remain under their own licences, listed in each release's third-party notices. Your files remain yours.
7. Changes
We may update the tools and these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. The effective date above shows when they were last revised.
