Other PDF tools
Merge PDF without uploading anything. Choose two or more PDFs, combine them into one file in your browser, drag the pages into the order you want and download the merged document. It works offline once the tool has loaded.
How to merge PDF files without uploading
- Choose PDF files and select every PDF you want to combine (or drop them on this page). The first file opens and the others are appended in order.
- To add another file later, open the Pages panel and press Merge PDF…; Insert from PDF… puts a file after the selected page instead of at the end.
- Drag the thumbnails to reorder pages; Delete removes pages you do not need.
- Press Export and choose PDF with all edits to download the merged file.
Why it is private
Each PDF is parsed by PDFium running as WebAssembly inside your browser; the pages are copied between documents in memory on your device. No file is uploaded and no server sees the content. The merged file only exists in your browser until you download it.

Frequently asked questions
Is it free?
- Yes. The PDF tools are free to use. There is no account, no payment and no watermark.
Are my files uploaded?
- No. The files are combined inside your browser. The only network requests are for the tool's own files, and the optional cloud conversion is off by default and shows the destination before anything is sent.
Can I put the pages in a different order?
- Yes. After merging, drag the page thumbnails in the Pages panel into any order, or delete the pages you do not need.
Is there a limit on how many files I can merge?
- There is no fixed limit on the number of files. The combined document must stay under 1 GB and fit in your device's memory.
Does it work offline after loading?
- Yes. Once a tool has loaded with a connection, the site keeps it cached and you can use it again without one. The site can also be installed as a web app from your browser.
Does it work on a phone?
- The tool loads in mobile browsers, but the editing workspace is laid out for tablet and desktop screens. On a phone it is cramped; a screen at least 1024 px wide works best.
