How to reorder PDF pages online

  1. Choose PDF file, or drop the PDF on this page. The Pages panel opens with a thumbnail for every page.
  2. Drag a thumbnail to a new position to reorder; hold Shift to select several pages and move them together.
  3. Use Delete, Duplicate, Insert blank page or Insert from PDF… on the selected pages.
  4. Press Export and choose PDF with all edits to download the reorganised file.

Why it is private

Page operations are carried out by PDFium compiled to WebAssembly inside your browser tab. The document is rewritten on your device when you export; it is never uploaded, and your browser only talks to this site to fetch the tool itself.

Frequently asked questions

Is it free?

Yes. The PDF tools are free to use. There is no account, no payment and no watermark.

Are my files uploaded?

No. Pages are rearranged inside your browser. The only network requests are for the tool's own files, and the optional cloud conversion is off by default and shows the destination before anything is sent.

Can I move several pages at once?

Yes. Shift-click to select a range in the Pages panel, then drag the selection to its new position.

Will the page order change in the downloaded file?

Yes. The export writes a new PDF with the pages in the order you see, so any reader will show it that way.

Does it work offline after loading?

Yes. Once a tool has loaded with a connection, the site keeps it cached and you can use it again without one. The site can also be installed as a web app from your browser.

Does it work on a phone?

The tool loads in mobile browsers, but the editing workspace is laid out for tablet and desktop screens. On a phone it is cramped; a screen at least 1024 px wide works best.
